Villain here is TAG by most's standards and is a thinking player.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q/images/graemlins/club.gif, A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
1 fold, Hero raises, 6 folds, BB calls,

Flop: (4.33 SB) 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB raises, Hero 3-bets, BB calls.

Turn: (5.16 BB) 8/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

River: (7.16 BB) Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets.

Thanks in advance. Also, what's your action on the river if it's a non ace or queen?

I would take the free card, BB aint folding on the turn.

I'm guessing the BB had JTs or maybe 9Ts, or a pocket pair like 77. (Would he just call pre-flop with a hand like 99?)

I think I would check behind if I didn't catch on the river. I'm guess he would be able to be Ace high, and I think the pot might be too big by that point to get him to fold.

No A or Q, I check behind on the river. He could be clinging to a small piece of the flop and he seems unlikely to fold at this point.

Did the villain have AT of hearts? Did he, in fact, fold to your river bet?

there's no way I bet the river unimproved. if he has a draw, then you win.
