I was on the Mississippi Gulf Coast this weekend, what would the house advantage be at this BJ game:

Single Deck dealt to the last card: then shuffle and continue to deal.(Only discards are shuffled)

Blackjack only pays even money and you must buy insurance in case the dealer draws to 21.

I did'nt play as I figured the house must be really sticking it to you I just was'nt sure how much?

It's bad. I've seen two variations of this. First is a single-deck where blackjack only pays 6:5. I think I figured the house edge on that game with perfect basic strategy was about 8%. Another I saw in Tunica at Bally's was called "Single 21" which let you surrender or double at any time, but only paid blackjack even money unless it's suited. The edge for it is worse than regular single-deck blackjack, but not a whole lot. I think it requires a lot of strategy changes, though.

If you aren't counting a little bit over 2%.
If you are counting, they won't let you play.

And counters won't try to play, because at best they can make it a break-even game.
