I just started my bonus whoring career a few days ago, after reading Homer's post about the Cherry Casino thing. After my success there, I decided to try out Starluck Casino next.

I have already cleared my bonus there, but have not requested a withdrawl of any sort yet or anything like that.

Today, I had two e-mails from ezEcash:

Dear XXXXX,

You are receiving this e-mail because we have not been able to successfully reach you via telephone.

We need to speak with you in order for us to validate your casino account and fulfill our required security checks. Please contact us as soon as possible at our toll free number 1 888-699-3808 (US only) or 1 206-203-5009 (International Users). We are available 24 hours a day 7
days a week.

If you are unable to call us, please send us an email providing us with a telephone number and an appropriate time for us to contact you.

If we do not receive a response, we will proceed to temporarily freeze your casino account for security reasons until we are able to speak with you.

***Did you know that if you filled out our Preferred Member Application, we would give you a $10 bonus?

So, bonus whore veterans, are these legit e-mails? Why would they request this when I haven't attempted any type of cash-out or anything like this? Normally I would assume it is spam, but given the timing of signing up for these casino sites, I wasn't sure this time.

I think it's legit, for I did call in and they were prepared to verify some things, though the claim in the email that they couldn't contact me by phone seems suspect since I never got a call or an answrering machine message, though maybe they hung up. I haven't cashed out yet, so i don't know if there willbe further hassle or not.

I believe these e-mails are legitimate. BTW, if you need help in the future with issues like this, feel free to send me an e-mail, as I often don't get to threads before they drop off the front page.
