Mine is 21.8 per 100 hands at 5/10 6 max (30000 hands).
This is higher than anyone elses. Any ideas why that might be the case?

I understood that 16.something was about normal for SH. Maybe it's normal for wimps.
When I saw stripsqueez at 17.55 I laughed (with you not at you) because I've seen some of his agro posts. Makes sense his would be higher.
Then I saw Peter_rus at 19.8 and laughed even more (again with not at) because we have all read his over the top advice.
But 21.8!!! Wow! What's your agression factor?

I think it's all about risk-aversion. I have now only 48.7% won at SD. Some people prefer to reduce a bit his EV saving themselves from higher variance. The main advice that they operate is - "fold more often" or "save your money for another round". They need smaller bankroll but also their BB/100 less then those who also are reasonable players but suffer higher variance.
Variance isn't only depend on agression - i think it depend on VPIP even more as you more times tie to pot, suffer bad beats etc.
14.8 BB/100 at 5/10. My aggression factor total is over 2.5 so I don't think that is a major determining factor for SD.
My VP$IP is quite low compared to others here however and W$SD is at 54.4%.

I think my 10/20 used to be at ~17ish, now at 5/10 its at 13.4. My VPIP is rather low at 18, and I think I have below average Won$WSF (34.4) and went to SD (33); however my won$ at SD is 59.5. This is through 16.6k hands.
Maybe I am not maximizing enough as you say, by being too cautious, but if there is a significant difference between 13 and 17 SD, I am happy. The 500-1000 5-minute swings gave me heart attacks in 10/20.

My figure seems to be really strange. I am less aggressive than most of the posters on here (my aggression stats are all about 2, some peoples are over 4) but i would say i am far looser preflop than most. This must be the direct correlation for SD/100 hands. My VP$ITP is 31.5 which i would suggest is far higher than most here and must give me the higher SD.

Er... in the 10/20s I meant.
