I signed up with them, and got their rediculous 750% sticky bonus with 30X playthrough on slots only.

I've now cleared it and they need a form faxed with some ID info..

I'm worried about giving them my SS#..

Anyone know if I can trust them?

AVOID CONNECT TO CASINO! I was going to post here asking for advice on a problem with them if it is not resolved by tomorrow. Since someone has asked, I will share my experiences now. Anyone with suggestions, please help!

I deposited $500 to do some bonus whoring and lost the bonus (I busted out while trying to clear the sticky bonus). I wrote it off as a loss, but then got an email offering another bonus. I decided to try it again.

I deposited more money but then began to have technical problems with the software. Apparently there is something on my machine that is incompatible with the software, but neither I nor technical support can solve the problem. I can't wager from another computer for various reasons, not the least of which is the fact that most of my family and friends don't approve of gambling of any sort.

Because of the problems, I attempted to withdraw the deposit. Note that it is not possible to withdraw money directly through the casino; you have to send an email to them and request a withdrawal. The turnaround time is ridiculously slow.

Connect to Casino has thus far not allowed me to withdraw the money because I have not completed the playthrough. The bonus policy clearly states the following:

"You have to meet playthrough requirements to cash out/withdraw any winnings generated through your bonus. You may forfeit all winnings and bonuses and cash out the balance at any time without meeting playthrough requirements."

I have called customer service at least a half dozen times to explain the problem and to request a withdrawal. The response has always been the following:
-They point out that I have not completed the playthrough
-I respond that I understand that I can't cash out the bonus money, but that I wish to cash out the original deposit as allowed by the Terms and Conditions
-They offer to direct me to Technical Support
-I respond that I have already spoken to Technical Support, and the issue remains unresolved. I then repeat my request to withdraw the money
-They insist that I speak with technical support again
-Technical support then walks me through the same process of uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but the problem persists
-I call Customer Support again, and am told, "Let me see what I can do, and I will call you back"

ARGH! This has been going on for nearly one month. Help!

Remember that even if you do well here, the max withdrawal is only 2X the bonus (~$1,400). Yes, that is a nice score. But, is it that nice of a win when considering all the associated risks?

Sorry to hear about your experience. I'm up $1200 and I'm still regretting signing up.

The question I really want answered is whether or not I should feel okay giving them my social security # to cash it out.

Thanks for the response

I don't know what that means, so I guess it's not. Or it's a joke that I don't get.

I wouldn't worry about giving out your SSN, as it can be gotten over the internet anyways.
