My cooling off period didn't work and here I am going all aggressive again (although I calm down on the river). Comments?

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, A/images/graemlins/club.gif.
Hero raises, 4 folds, CO 3-bets, 1 fold, SB calls, BB calls, Hero caps, CO calls, SB calls, BB calls.

Is capping overboard?

Flop: (16 SB) 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 4/images/graemlins/club.gif, 5/images/graemlins/club.gif (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, SB calls, BB calls.

I would bet this even without the gutshot and backdoor nut flush draw

Turn: (10 BB) 8/images/graemlins/heart.gif (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, CO calls, SB folds, BB calls.

I can't imagine that this helped anyone. I'm going to call anyway, so why not bet?

River: (13 BB) Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, CO checks.

I suddenly felt out on a limb. The Q is not that scary, but I decided to check it anyway.

Final Pot: 13 BB
Main Pot: 13 BB, between CO, BB and Hero.

Split pot?

River play is tricky with the 3rd opponent in. And the Q is somewhat scary since CO likely is on overcards and could have possibly just caught one of 3 outs. I think I check/call or check/fold, depending on what BB did. I would not overcall.
