Question re Ciaffone/Brier Book

I like this book and it has helped me a lot. I was hoping to see some examples relating to SB & BB play in a full handed game when all players preflop have folded to the SB but could find one only. Could Jim comment on pre and post flop play in this situation ?

I thought it was the most informative and detailed holdem book I have read. It you are talking about when it is only the blinds and you dont chop then I would think you would play it even more agressively than the button since it is heads up and not three way.

I would place tighter requirements on the SB than the button, since your position relative to the BB is much worse.
