I'm now primarily playing 6 max games, so I was directed to post this question here.

I think you have more chance to win when you bet the turn than by taking a free card. I prefer betting on the turn and checking the river than the other way around. I would fold to a check-raise on the turn.

Thanks (and congrats on your Poo-Bah ness).
I'll probably be around this forum a lot now. I'm really enjoying 1/2 6 Max. In part because the play there is just extra horrible. Is that true for the higher limits at 6 max?

I haven't played it a lot, but lately I've been trying the 5/10 6-max. From what I have seen so far it is quite soft.

What do you think? In my brief play at 5/10 (after 40K hands of 1/2), I have been able to find some 5/10 tables which play as loose/passive as a 1/2 game, but they are few and far between; you can't just open up 4 tables real fast and know you're playing in 4 soft games.

Against a more passive opponent I'd bet the turn and check the river, against a more aggressive opponent I'd check the turn and call a river bet or bet the river if checked to.
Against an unknown my default would be bet the turn and check the river.
