** Dealing Flop ** [ 2c, 7d, Jh ]
PFR who is utg bets, some calls, you are getting 11:1 closing the action. Can you call?
We'll assume by **you,** you are someone who plays well postflop. As in not me on this particular hand.

I suppose my question is better worded if it is something like "at what kind of odds would you start to consider a call?" 20:1?

I fold but yes you can call as well as raising or folding /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I think you have a backdoor flush and that's about it. Runner runner 2 pair has some value too so I think you have about 2 outs. So yes 20:1 sounds about right.
