What really matters is that it's organic. We just recently switched a few months and the difference in taste is rediculous. Organic skim tastes like non-organic 2%.

2% - best for lattes, it's a staple for the yuppie crowd....

1% - best for lattes consumed with omlets made only with egg whites, it's a staple with the Hollywood types....

Skim - best for high risk heart disease, it's a staple of old farts....

Half-and-half - best in coffee, it's a staple for non-yuppie coffee drinkers....

Whole cream - best whipped, straight out of the can, it's "desert" for Atkins dieters....
