When should an affiliate pay?

Hey all

I am new to this whole affiliate paying you for signing up at a casino through them.

I was not paid yet for 2 casino sign-ups in June. It seems that they are waiting for the casino to pay them first.

That is all ok I guess, but how long should I have to wait?

And what if for some reason the casino decides to not pay the affilaite?

Who should be stuck? Me or him?
