this a new bonus different than the last bonus which was for June.
If you have spam filtering enabled(spamguard or mail guard as I do on both my Earthlink and BellSouth email account) then check for it there.The following stuff gets filtered out of my mail:CardPlayer on Line,Royal Vegas,TheGamingClub,Empire Poker,InterPoker and InterCasino and Absolute.I have tried to remedy this but to no avail even after adding these to my address books...
whatever I get over 300 spam messages a day thru BellSouth and Earthlink so it's worth keeping the filters on..I just check thru WebMail every day or so...
Bob this is an everybody reload pretty sure..

Can I make an initial deposit bonus then do the reload? Can I take out some of my money beforehand or do I have to leave it until I clear the bonus?

if you're making your init-deposit then do it through cardplayer.com where you get 40% up to $200 (if they still have it) instead of the standard 20% up to $100.
if you stack the bonuses...the 2nd one won't appear on your-account page until you clear the first one....but it will definitely be there waiting for you.
remember though...there is a 60-day expiration date on all p-room bonuses.

i tried it (via neteller) and got the full $150 bonus (1050 points left to collect).
so indeed it is for everyone (i thought it would be...just making sure).

I'm in same over-bonus situation.
Keep track of deadlines:
pokerroom = 60 days
Crypto = end of month
Party/Empire = 30 days
Pacific = 3 months
Paradise = none
UB = none
Stars = none
Absolute = none
You can stack pokerroom bonuses, but only one will appear on your account at a time. When first is cleared, the next will appear.

The Wal-Mart thing is that you can use their Moneygram money transfer service to directly wire money to Pokerroom. It is just like using Western Union, expect it's Wal-Mart so of course the price is less than Western Union, but it's basicly the same thing.
