This player is a little too loose including calling raises pre-flop. Do I wimp out or do I toss my chips in the middle?

Edit: Do I need to raise a bit more pre-flop?

I think your raise PF was just right.

On the flop, you've put in 1700, you've only got 550 left, so this is a very easy call. Folding would be disastrous. If you're going to bet on the flop, you may as well go all in. Personally I may try for the check-raise here if I think he'll push with top pair or on a bluff.

Edit: Sorry, read your size stack wrong. Pushing in is still an easy play here though.
