Congrats! The packages are non-trasferable so say the rules and regulations of the tournament. So enjoy the cruise...

hmm, I dunno -- not in the PPM semis, I wasn't in any of them. I watched a bit though. Could have caught me at the $25NL tables or the $30 SNG multis...

Everyone I've talked to says it's a great week on the cruise. Plus, you're in a LIMIT tournament where 600 or so get a chance at over a $6M purse. Lightning could strike and anyone could win $1M. Certainly, anyone could cash. It could be a life-changing experience. You've got to go for it. It's a big-time $10K entry fee tournament on a cruise, most poker player's wet dream!

It's non-transferable, but there is a chance that if the ship fills up, PartyPoker may offer to buy back some cruise packages. Keep your eyes open. Otherwise, bon voyage. /images/graemlins/cool.gif

When it got down to 1 from the cruise - I think 22 won and 23 got $6k - one guy started dumping chips in an all out effort to finish 23rd. He wanted the $6k and not the cruise. Some people were telling him he was crazy, that he could sell his cruise to someone for more than $6k. He didn't care and just managed to bust out at that same time as someone at another table who had started the hand with more chips.

Now I thought the seats were non-transferable. Does anyone have a definitive answer on this?

According to the rules, it is indeed non-transferable. See rules page (http://www.partypoker.com/news/partypoker_million/ppm4_rules.html)
