Well here's another hand that I lost because I absolutely stink at no limit poker...how should I have played this?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed)

CO ($53.62)
Button ($9.25)
SB ($23.03)
Hero ($25)
UTG ($16.70)
MP ($55.15)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif, J/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
UTG folds, MP folds, CO calls $0.50, Button folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($1.50) 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, J/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="blue">(3 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">SB bets $1</font>, Hero calls $1, CO calls $1.

Turn: ($4.50) Q/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="blue">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="CC3333">Hero bets $4</font>, <font color="CC3333">CO raises to $8</font>, SB folds, Hero calls $4.

River: ($20.50) 6/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="CC3333">CO bets $15</font>, Hero calls $15.

Final Pot: $50.50
<font color="green">Main Pot: $50.50, between CO and Hero.</font> &gt; <font color="white">Pot won by CO ($50.50).</font>

Results in white below: <font color="white">
Hero shows Qh Jh (two pair, queens and jacks).
CO shows 3d Ad (flush, ace high).
Outcome: CO wins $50.50. </font>

Fold on the flop. You have a garbage hand with little to no chance of improvement.

Barring that: Raise to 3 on the flop. Bet the turn and fold to the raise.
