Hi,
Looking for advice on this play in a $2 MTT with 1570 players:

I have $2000, the other is chip leader of 900 players left with $8000. The pot is $400. Flop is AT9 hearts. I have K8 (w/ king of hearts). He is to go first and bets $300. Should I go all-in to try to steal or draw the nut flush, or should I fold here?

I'm guessing it's early in a tournament with 900 left. His sub-pot sized bet tells me maybe has a made flush already, probably with the Q /images/graemlins/heart.gif.

Assuming it's also early enough that blinds aren't a factor, I'd consider just calling the 300 to see a turn. Fold if you don't hit there, of course.

A lot depends on your read of him. If he's got that big a stack early he's probably playing very aggressive. If a high heart (Q or J) hits, he may try to rep the Royal Flush at you, then you've got him by the short hairs to double-up. Just based on the size of the pot you'll take down if you hit, I'd lean heavily toward calling.
