Default is to raise but if I've been making a high # of flop raises in the last 10 minutes it becomes a call.

Raise or fold or call, probably in that order of frequency.

Wish I had raised on the flop. Anyway, bet if checked to, and if bet into again I think folding is reasonable as is calling.
