Help HU's

I still don't seem to get my share of wins HU's my last 100 $20 sng at party are 10 1st 19 seconds 10 thirds. My general stategy is raise 3xbb from small blind or fold. raise all in half the time if sb limps. Raise all in from BB with good hand.Is this okay?
What are some good strategys for playing NL heads up?

I am working on this as well, and feel my game needs help.

I push, fold,or check.

From the SB its always push or fold.. Sometimes with a monster I minraise, or complete.

From the BB I push if they complete and I like my hand, or just check to see the flop if its only slightly above average.

I rarely call.
