my thoughts: should have raised pre flop since limped to me, but luckily button folded anyways,
i think my flop bet bought me a free card on the turn, but should i have bet the turn as well? at that point i would have only 3 outs right?

Hopefully this isn't too weak-tight, but I probably would've mucked this PF unless I felt MP1 and MP2 were bad players. I don't like taking A9o to the flop with 5 players.

I think you otherwise played this correctly. You're probably not going to force out all 3 players on the turn, and I think the risk is too great to put another bet in with nothing. I like the river raise, but I'm curious if the pros do as well.

well usually i auto fold A9o, but no one showed any signs of a strong ace pf so that leads me to believe my 9 kicker isnt such a problem

I may be too tight here, but with 2 limpers ahead, I fold this pf.

The only way I play A9o in LP is if folded to me, then I raise. Otherwise I don't like it.

After the flop, I think you did good, and I think your hand is good.

I think you played this postflop about as well as you could play A9o multiway. Personally, I choose not to play this hand at all.

Fold that cheese preflop.

A9o? Against minimum 3 opponents? What kind of flop do you want?

Post flop, there's no reason to suspect you don't have the best hand, even with no pair no draw, and good bet. If checkraised, call (you have 6 outs plus backdoor straight outs).

Turn easy check-through take the free card, river good raise.

Oh, I get it. You have 3 outs to top pair on the flop.

This is an easy raise or fold, and 99.99999% of the time I fold, unless the limpers feared me so much that a flop bet would take it down, which only happens after I've shown down like 3 monsters in a row (in this game, make it 30 monsters in a row)

I'm glad there's a fold button.
Man, I'm hungry but we're out of cheese-its.
