Should I 3-bet this PF?

I would.

I would go for a check-raise on the turn probably but this line is fine too.

CR on the Turn? Hero raised the flop and was just called. Trying for a CR as the flop aggressor would need a very specific read, otherwise hero is losing a BB when it gets checked through.

3-bet PF, very probably unless my read is opponent only ever raises PF with AK or PP.

Sorry, I meant to say I would check-raise on the turn not the flop.

I wonder if check-raising two rounds in a row can be done profitably at micro-limit stakes...?

I don't play heads up much, but 3-betting makes sense given ur position. I think i would just call the flop and go for a turn checkraise.

I usually call this PF, call the flop bet, and raise the turn.

I would have 3 bet this PF. But considering you just called (a viable option), I probably would have waited for the turn to raise.
