This seems way to passive, but I can't think of any other way to play this.

No reads on anyone, but the table was fairly loose.

I think I missed at least two good chances to fold this.

Fold preflop, you are getting like 2:1 on a call to play a weak drawing hand out of position against a preflop raiser.
