Combining Party and Empire notes

Is there any way to combine my Party and Empire notes? Most of the notes are the same, but I am interested in transfering the notes that only exist in one of the 2 notes.txt files so that I have 1 complete file with no repeated notes.

Import both into PT and then export. That will combine them.
