I am trying to collect my free $500 from Empire, but I'm having problems getting Empire to install. I am not going to create the account and initial deposit from my home computer, but I do need to be able to play Empire from home. When I start the installation application, I get the error:
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click OK to terminate the appkication."
Customer "support" recommended I clear all cookies (did that), run Disk Cleanup (did that) and retry (did that, too), but still nothing. I do have Party installed on the same machine. Any suggestions?
