I've been playing at Party for about 6-8 months now. I've fared pretty well, mostly playing SnGs in the 10-20 range. I feel lately like my game has lacked focus and structure, so I'm looking to get on something of a schedule, while continuing to be profitable and learn. I should also note that I play much better when I'm not playing one certain type of hold em for an extended period (SnGs, MTT, low limit, etc).

My bankroll is currently around $400. My options are SnGs, MTT, low-limit, NL, short-handed, 3 table SnGs. I have some experience and moderate success at all of these, but mostly at SnGs. I plan to play about 30 hours a week.

I'm considering playing a certain game once a week, monday MTT, tues 3 table, etc.

I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions.

You'll find that 400 is a pretty small bankroll so I would say you should play low limit as that is probably the "safest." With 400 I'm thinking you could play .50-1 or 1-2.
