Would love to get your feedback on this one...

Single table $5+.50, blinds 10/20, 5 left (had some real crazies in this one), I'm short stack with $700.

I limp UTG with 99, UTG+1 calls, Button folds, SB completes, and BB checks. Flop is 449 with two clubs. Everyone checks. Turn is the 3rd club, again checked through (I'm still hoping someone will catch up). River is the 4th club, SB ($973) min bets, BB folds, I raise to $200 and all fold.

Should I have min raised on the river? Anyone bet out on the flop or turn? Just wondering if I could extract more value from the hand than just the SB calling an extra $20 if I min raise.

Thanks,
