How is Jean Van de Velde's(spelling?) 18th hole at the British Open, not on the list? I don't remember exactly but I think he had a 4 shot lead going to 18, then a quaduple bogey forced him to go into a playoff, which he coincidentally lost.

I guess these were only mental blunders as opposed to just complete collapses. They must be saving Buckner and Van de Velde for the 25 biggest choke jobs show. You're looking at your 1 and 2 on that show right there.

Van de Velde had a 3 stroke lead. He tripled to 18th for a 7. I didn't see the show, so maybe he didn't count because (1) It's the British open, and (2) He's a no-name.
