Contest... help!

My friends and I are having a contest fo see who can do the best with a $50 deposit. Whoever has built up the biggest bankroll gets $100 from everyone else on August 1st. I'm new to online poker. Can anyone recommend the best way to win this contest? :grin:

I would suggest playing sit and go's exclusively. You can get a decent payoff for a very low investment.

Don't waste your time chasing bonuses with $50, you're cheating yourself out of easy money.

Sign up at intercasino and all their skins and get the free money for playing there . Sign up at thagamingclub and play in their free rolls and their guarunteed tournies. They have a freeroll nightly that doesnt have all that many people play in it, and the guaruntees usually have an overley. Once you can get up to $500 then go bonus whore all the party skins

I guess InterPoker would be your best start. If you deposit $50 then you will get a $50 bonus after 300 hands. You will also get a $50 match at the casino if that counts. If you can at least break or do well, you'll have more ammo for more bonuses. In the short run, I believe the bonuses will probably be making you more then low limit game results. Check the bw site to plan your attack.

Often in contests like this the best strategy is to do nothing. I would not be surprised if all of your friends busted out. To encourage this lie to them about how well you are doing. If they think they need to catch up to you they will take unecessary risks and increase their chances of busting.

I assume you trust these guys enough not to reload and claim they won the money.

I don't think that's the best idea. I think at least one of his friends will get at least $1000. It would be quite easy to do by hitting the crypto skins and then dumping that $300-400 into Empire500.
