Empire Poker bonus offer

I have a few friends who took advantage of Empire's 100% match offer up to $500. They all also have accounts on Party Poker, Empire's sister site. When I tried to sign up they told me I couldnt use the bonus offer since I already have an account with Partypoker. Does anyone know if this a new rule for them??

this is not a 'new' rule per-se. it was implemented in december or so.

you either need to clean your computer of all party cookies and download empire500 from a different isp....OR you need to get on a different computer entirely.
you do NOT need to change your name, e-mail address or neteller account though.

do a search on the forums...this topic is EVERYWHERE!!!!

You can also call them up and just ask them if you can have one at each site. That's what I did and I told them I was planning on playing 8 tables and they happily set me up with 1 account at each site.
