SD, RoR, Confidence Intervals, etc...

My apologies if this has already been addressed as many times as taxes and screen resolutions have been, but my searching has been in vain.

I have 10,000 hands in my PT database at the 10/20 level and another 35,000 at the other various Party Poker levels. My SD at $10/$20 is the same as throughout all levels down to the 1st decimal place.

Really what I'm looking for is an idea of what SD is within reason for a winning player in SD/hr and SD/100 and the various applicable formulas I could use to determine my RoR given my current bankroll.

If there are some good posts someone could refer me to, that would be great.
