I'm thinking that if I bet 3xBB I would have done much better here. But, 3xBB was almost 40% of my stack. I know I wouldn't have called an all-in with this hand. I would have either stolen the blinds or folded. So what do I do? Am I just being results oriented?

I think you played it right. If you'd raised 3x BB and have been re-raised, i think it would have been wrong to fold it - their would be 1050-1150 in the pot (depending if the blinds did the reraising). Putting in your last 550 would be easy. Just unlucky.

Seems fine to me.

I see no other way to play it.
